SONIC Tools, headquartered in Auburn, Alabama, and with primary facilities in the Netherlands and Germany, is a market leader in the design and manufacture of professional-grade hand tools, toolbox solutions and storage systems. SONIC's innovative products are found in the world's most progressive automotive enterprises, including race teams, OEM operations, aftermarket businesses and personal garages. SONIC is an official supplier of Volkswagen Automotive Group in Germany. SONIC Tools is the official tool of the International Motor Sports Association, with tools being used by affiliate teams and the IMSA organization.
Sonic Tools became a premier sponsor with Troy Lee Designs in 2017 and they collaborated on a moto toolbox specifically designed for working on dirt bikes at the track. Sonic's goal was to gain a marketing position in the moto industry. In order to achieve brand awareness we announced the Sonic + TLD partnership to industry magazines and followed up with media kits. We also gave all TLD sponsored athletes a toolbox to use and endorse on their social media accounts. Once we got the “buzz” going we created two promotional videos, one showcasing TLD’s hand in the design and custom paint and the second showcasing Sonic's craftsmanship.
In less than one week the Sonic + TLD toolboxes were sold out.

For over 30 years, Troy Lee Designs has been customizing helmets "for the worlds fastest racers". TLD's relentless commitment to creating products that exceed the cutting edge of style, design and quality, has earned them the reputation as an innovator in many different fields of racing. Troy Lee Designs has since expanded into a full force operation, offering a complete line of helmets, apparel and premium protection for off-road motorcycling and bicycling, sportswear and accessories, and operating the TLD Supercross and Motocross Teams. Based in Corona California, Troy Lee Designs has a global network of distributors.
The custom paint department was lacking recognition for their unique in-house paint abilities and custom paint helmets worn by world famous athletes. So we decided to give the custom paint department the recognition it deserved and built a separate page on Troy Lee Designs website dedicated to the foundation of Troy Lee Designs. The layout was created for easy navigation and to provide as much information as possible for prospective athletes and retail customers. Within a year the page generated over $100k in sales revenue and Troy Lee Designs became one of the leading firms providing custom painted helmets in the action sports industry.

Sponsorship Relations
To instill sponsorship hierarchy, a sponsor pitch deck was created to present the base line of Troy Lee Designs tiered sponsorship levels. Each sponsorship level included advertising space on TLD website, social media support, logos on the team's jersey and transporter, event activation, inclusion in press releases, recognition by athletes from the podium, tickets to race events and VIP hospitality.

Created and developed Troy Lee Designs Race Team Instagram account from 0 - 20K+ followers and achieved verification in one year.
The goal was to grow followers by giving fans a more behind-the-scenes look into the athlete's lives and race team while promoting our official sponsors.
